Christmas is the season of love and giving, but it can also become a source of stress and disharmony. In the next few weeks, we will explore states of mind that help us to develop genuine love and joy, break negative thought patterns, and make our time with others meaningful. 📅 Every Thursday, 7:30–8:45 PM, Oct 29th to Dec 10th £7 per class 📍 John White Community Centre, Binley, Coventry ❤️ Everyone is welcome—no experience needed \*Please note: Unfortunately, I can't post every class as an event on Meetup because the free subscription limits me to two events per month (we are a charity, all run by volunteers). We also get people joining via [Facebook ](https://www.facebook.com/meditation.coventry)and our [website](https://meditateinnorthants.com/product/meditation-classes-in-coventry/), so there is usually a good turnout at each class, even if it doesn’t show on the Meetup event\*
