Join us at Sanders Park, Bromsgrove, for our Mental Elf 5K Festive Fun Run proudly sponsored by the Worcestershire Freemasons.

This event is about much more than raising funds, it’s an opportunity to bring our community together, have some festive fun and shine a light on the importance of mental health and wellbeing, particularly at a time of year that can be difficult for many people.

Whether you’re an experienced runner, a casual walker, bringing the family along or simply joining us for the festive atmosphere, everyone is welcome!

Every pound raised through Bromsgrove Mental Elf 5k Festive Fun Run will help support our Bereaved by Suicide Service in Worcestershire, providing vital support to people and families who have experienced the devastating loss of someone to suicide.

Why Your Support Matters

Losing someone to suicide can have a profound and lasting impact on individuals, families and communities. Our Bereaved by Suicide service in Worcestershire provides compassionate support to people navigating the incredibly difficult journey following a suicide.

Your fundraising will help us continue providing this specialist support, helping people feel less alone and ensuring they have somewhere to turn when they need it most.

By taking part in Mental Elf 5k Festive Fun Run, you aren’t simply signing up for a festive 5K you’re helping us ensure that people affected by suicide can access support, connection and understanding.

And at Christmas, when feelings of loneliness and grief can feel particularly difficult, that support can be more important than ever.

So, dust off your elf ears, gather your friends, family or colleagues and join us for a festive 5K with a very important purpose.

Fundraising

Fundraising isn’t compulsory to take part, but we encourage every participant to aim for a £50 fundraising target.

Every pound you raise can help us provide vital support to people bereaved by suicide across Worcestershire. You could ask family, friends and colleagues to sponsor you and help spread the word about the event.

Location

Sanders Park, Bromsgrove

The event will take place at Sanders Park, bringing the local community together for a festive morning of fun, fundraising and support for mental health.

Please check the event information before travelling and allow plenty of time to park and make your way to the event area. We also encourage car sharing where possible.

Please note: Participants under the age of 14 must be accompanied at the event by their parent or legal guardian, or by an over 18 year old who has permission from the participant’s parent or legal guardian.
