Step through the wardrobe to explore Narnia through sensory play - tailored for the needs of SEND children and their parents/carers.

✨ Step Through the Wardrobe: A Sensory Narnia Experience ✨

A magical, inclusive adventure for children with additional needs

Join us at All Saints’ Church, Allesley, for a gentle, interactive journey into the magical world of Narnia, inspired by C.S. Lewis’s The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.

Step through the wardrobe and discover the scenery of Narnia, a land under the spell of the White Witch, and a story filled with mystery, hope and the promise of spring. Explore Narnia together with your child through sensory play, hands-on activities no fixed outcome activities and a chance to explore at their own pace.

❄️ A Narnia adventure for every child

This session is designed especially for children with SEND needs - no formal diagnosis needed. Offering a sensory approach to storytelling, children can engage with the world of Narnia through textures, sounds, creative exploration and sensory experiences, helping them connect with the characters in the story in a way that feels right for them. We offer quiet space in the main church if a break is needed from the world of Narnia (in our hall).

There is no pressure to take part in every activity or engage in a particular way. We want every child to feel welcome, supported and free to explore Narnia in their own way, with their grown-ups alongside them.

🎄 Discover the magic of Christmas in Narnia

With its enchanted winter landscape, sparkling magic and message of hope, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe offers a wonderful opportunity to explore themes of kindness, courage, love and light overcoming darkness — themes that connect beautifully with the Christmas story.
