Return to Stillness offers a soundbath experience at Allesley Park Community Centre in Coventry on 3 October 2026. The event aims to help attendees unwind the mind and ease the body. Tickets cost £22.38.
A Peaceful Soundbath to Unwind the Mind & Ease the body. Allow yourself to Hear the Silence Within the Sound.
✨ Return to Stillness ✨A Magical Soundbath Journey Into Deep Rest, Connection & Inner Peace
Step away from the noise of the outside world and enter a space where time slows, the mind softens and the soul can breathe.
Return to Stillness is an immersive soundbath journey created to take you beyond the everyday and into a deeper place within.
As you settle into stillness, you’ll be surrounded by the enchanting tones and vibrations of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, rainsticks and other sacred instruments. Each sound weaves into the next, creating an ever-changing tapestry of resonance that can gently carry you into deep relaxation, dreamlike states and moments of profound inner peace.
Between the sounds, there will be intentional moments of silence — precious spaces where the final vibrations dissolve into stillness, inviting you to listen inward and simply be.
You may experience a sense of lightness, emotional release, vivid imagery, deep rest or a feeling of coming home to yourself. Perhaps you’ll drift somewhere unexpected. Perhaps you’ll experience nothing more than the bliss of being completely still.
There is no right way to journey.
Every experience is unique. Allow yourself to surrender to the sounds, follow whatever arises and trust that your experience is exactly as it needs to be.
🌙 Leave the outside world at the door.
🎶 Let the vibrations carry you.
✨ Release what you no longer need.
🕯️ And return to the stillness within.
Come with nothing to achieve.
Leave with a little more space within.
...................................................................................
No experience is necessary—simply bring yourself, get comfortable, and allow the sounds to do the rest.
Your journey will begin by choosing your mat (or chair if you wish) After getting comfy you will be guided into a relaxing meditation followed by a most beautiful sound scape where you will experience melodies created by gongs, himalayan & crystal singing bowls, drum, various chimes and other enchanting instruments.
Towards the end of your journey you will be gently guided back to the present moment and then given time to reflect. You may like to write down anything of importance, ask questions, share any thoughts, or just sit peacefully with a drink and snack.
Please arrive between 6.45pm and 6.55pm as door will then be locked for a prompt start at 7pm to which latecomers will not be able to gain access. There is a free car park onsite for attendees. Follow the path round the back of front building and you will find us in a room on the right.
Yoga mats, eye masks and refreshments are provided, just bring along a pillow and blanket for comfort. If you wish to get extra comfy, many attendees decide to bring their duvet.... pyjamas are also welcome. There is no judgement, you can arrive however you may feel most comfortable.
CHILDREN FROM AGE 13 ARE WELCOME AS LONG AS THEY ARE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT WHO WILL TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEM AND ALSO PROVIDING THEY ARE ABLE TO REMAIN QUIET FOR THE DURATION OF THE MEDITATION AND SOUNDBATH.
Who may not be suitable to experience a soundbath?
If you have epilepsy or other seizures isn't advised to attend as sometimes seizures can be triggered by some of the instruments I will be using.
If you are in the 1st trimester of pregnancy please seek professional advice if you wish to attend. No evidence of harm from recieving a soundbath has been concluded but by attending the participant takes full responsibility for their actions, I state this as a caution as the first trimester is the most fragile.
If you have a pace maker or heart condition, it is advised you seek professional medical advise before booking a space. If attending you may wish to bring a chaperone. (No bowls will be placed on the body in a group session)
Anyone with a diagnosed mental health disorder may find it beneficial to be chaparoned at the event and is also important to have support at home thereafter as certain sounds/frequencies you may hear can have the potential to release emotion, those whom already struggle may need additional support to process feelings afterwards.
If you suffer with tinnitus some people find sound bath therapeutic whereas others don't. It is at your discretion whether to proceed booking a space. If you choose to attend, being further away from the crystal singing bowls may help reduce any chances of irritation. You are free to leave quietly during the soundbath if it doesn't agree with you, no refunds are given unfortunately.
If you wear hearing aids, turning them down may help as some intruments might be a little uncomfortable.
Anyone arriving under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to enter.
Aftercare advice....
The effects of any sound bath may be felt for days afterwards. The least you will feel will be a sense of calmness but s
