For afternoon slots please arrive 45mins - 1hr before your time slot and venture into our marquee departure lounge, but watch out for mischievous Elves who add a touch of cheeky fun to the atmosphere!

The experience lasts between 20 - 30 minutes and you will be returned back to the Marquee departure lounge where you will disembark the train and can continue to enjoy the activities and games in the Marquee. For the last slots on each day please arrive 1 hour early for your experience as you may not be able to re-enter the Marquee after visiting Santa and we want you to make the most out of your visit!
