The Triumph Factory Visitor Experience - Tour Booking

The Triumph Factory Visitor Experience is based at the home of Triumph Motorcycles in Hinckley. It's here that you'll see how we make motorcycles, get up close to some of the most iconic Triumph's of all time, and enjoy a priceless collection of motorcycle memorabilia brought together exclusively for our visitors.

The Triumph factory tour is the perfect experience day for any motorcyle enthusiast. Venture beyond the legendary factory security doors for a fully guided tour that will take you on a journey through our engineering and manufacturing processes to see for yourself where our world-renowned Triumph motorcycles are created and built.

Whilst we endeavour to show as much of our live production process as possible, there is no guarantee that you will see the final assembly area in operation during your visit.

The factory tour is fully-guided and takes you from concept to manufacturing and final assembly area

The factory tour will last for approximately 90 minutes

This is a walking tour - there are no resting areas once out in the factory

The factory tour is unsuitable for children under 4 years old

After your factory tour, refuel in the 1902 Café with a tasty snack, refreshing soft drink, or a taste-intensive barista-style coffee, while immersed in unique Triumph heritage.

Visit the first-floor gift shop where you can create your own Authentic Triumph VIN Plate keyring which is punched on site. Featuring a Triumph branded black leather loop and brushed silver trigger hook, it's the perfect way to attach your keys to your bag, trousers or jeans and remember your visit (not included in tour ticket price).

Participant Guidelines:

Tickets are required as proof of purchase. If you have any allergy or dietary requirements please inform our 1902 Café team prior to ordering and we will do our best to accommodate.

If you use a hearing aid, please note that a single ear radio headset is used on the tour. Unfortunately, taking pictures is not permitted on the factory tour but is allowed everywhere else within the Visitor Experience. Our factory tour is fully accessible to wheelchair and mobility scooter users.

We welcome children over the age of 4 years, however under 18’s must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times, as we are a manufacturing facility and safety is our priority. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone whose behaviour may affect the safety and enjoyment of our staff and other guests.

FAQs

Where Does the Experience Take Place?

In the Triumph Visitor Experience, at Triumph's main factory site, located at Normandy Way, Hinckley, Leicestershire, LE10 3BZ, on the A47 between Leicester and Coventry. The site is within easy reach from the M1, M6 and M69 motorways. If you are travelling by train then Hinckley is the closest station, it is then a short taxi ride to the factory.

What are my parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is onsite parking for both cars and motorcycles including disabled bays close to the entrance just follow the signposts as you enter the factory grounds. Please note that we have a height restriction on our car park of 7ft 3inches (2.4M). If you are arriving in vehicle above this height please let us know well in advance.

Will the assembly line be running at the time of my visit?

With regard to any part of the production line running (including final assembly) we can't guarantee whether the line will or will not be running on any given time as this can’t be determined as far in advance when bookings are taken. This is due to the production schedule, global demand, our quality assurance maintenance programmes and shift patterns. We endeavour to show as much of our production process as possible and plan our tours accordingly; however we can't predict all outages in the production process.

What's the refund policy?

If you need to change the date of your experience, or make any amendments to the booking you can contact us by emailing our team on factory.tours@triumph.co.uk. We are sorry, but once a Factory Tour is booked, we're unable to arrange a refund if you cancel. Should we need to postpone your tour, you will be provided with a voucher code to rebook at a later date. We do not offer refunds on Factory Tours.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes. Please print or bring a digital copy of your ticket with you as we will need to scan it on arrival to confirm your participation on the tour.

Can I send this ticket to someone else as a gift?
