About This Event

Join us at this free event to celebrate 100 years of Winnie-the-Pooh. Winnie-the-Pooh Early Years Storytelling Session at Bedworth Library This special storytelling session is Winnie‑the‑Pooh–themed to mark 100 years of the beloved character. This event is great for: Making stories exciting and memorable through playful interaction Encouraging a love of books from an early age Supporting early communication and social skills Discovering what our libraries offer Why not take a book home after the event? You'll enjoy a great read, and it's a simple way to support your library. Every loan counts. Time: 10.00am-10.30am Date: Monday 21st September 2026 Age: 2-4 years old (Please note: children must be accompanied by an adult at all times) Booking: Booking essential (please book one place per child attending) Don’t forget to take part in our Warwickshire Libraries' Winnie‑the‑Pooh book tour! A special edition will travel to all 18 libraries, where we are inviting members of the public to add your memories by writing or drawing in the book. At the end of its journey it will become part of Warwickshire's Local Studies Collection — a permanent and treasured part of the county’s history. The book will be at Bedworth library from Monday 14th September to Monday 12th October 2026.
