About Carl North:

Carl North’s sound is like a well-poured pint; refreshing yet familiar, with notes drawn from far beyond home soil. The music draws deeply from the rich wells of Americana, Blues, Country & Soul, sonic influences that have brewed together with Carl’s own British sensibilities over time.

Performing alongside his band The Pointing Dogs, Carl has appeared across a long list of major festivals including Glastonbury, The Great British Rhythm and Blues Festival, and Y Not, whilst touring extensively across the UK at venues.

Along the way, he’s shared stages with some of the most respected names in the Americana music scene such as Pokey LaFarge, Charley Crockett and CW Stoneking whilst garnering support from BBC Introducing and a host of regional and national stations.

Don’t miss the chance to see Carl North & The Pointing Dogs perform this intimate show at Saint Chad’s.
