WHAT IS THE CHICARNIVAL WEEKEND?

CHICARNIVAL Weekend “Chicago’s Caribbean Carnival Weekend” is hosted throughout the City of Chicago, and features 5 events over a 4 day weekend (August 13-16, 2026), with representation of the Caribbean carnival community, entertainment, vibes and an authentic display of its cultures. CHICARNIVAL Weekend features some of the biggest name in Soca music and Caribbean entertainment at some of Chicago’s premiere venues. Our lineup includes over 15 artist and entertainers from throughout the Caribbean and the world.

Over the 4 day weekend, we will host 6 unique events including, Soca In The City, The After Shock, and Call To Dutty,
