Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out, come join us with a team of 4, for a day packed with energy, sweat, and good vibes. This September, Be Modified Gym is hosting a full-day team fitness challenge in aid of Costa Foundation.

Grab your team of 4 and take on our HYROX-style relay -10 stations, one combined time, and serious bragging rights. Average finish time is around 30 minutes, with extra challenges throughout the day.

This is built for everyone- first-timers and seasoned athletes alike.

On top of the main event there will be additional challenges and prizes throughout the day, all in aid of Costa Foundation.
