Join PCP for an opportunity to attand a one-of-a-kind permanent exhibition and collaboration centre in the making.
A space dedicated to Passivhaus & low carbon construction principles, sustainable innovation, and smart eco-living and all housed within the historic and iconic Masson Mills in Matlock.
This Centre of Excellence and Collboration Hub spans over four floors of one of Britain's most historical industrial buildings. Once home to Sir Richard Arkwright's revolutionary water-powered cotton mill of 1783, this Grade II* listed site now stands at the forefront of a new kind of revolution in sustainable living. Powered by hydroelectricity and steeped in heritage then this event hosted by Home by Milestone will give you an incite into how they will be bringing together some of the UK's leading brands in renewalbe energy, low-carbon construction, sustainable innovation, and smart home technology under one roof.
The day will include a talk on the vision and inspiration for this project followed by a tour and a CPD session on Passivhaus principles. Followed by a light buffet lunch and a chance to network with peers.

10:00-10:30 – Guest Arrive, Refreshments & Open Networking
10:30-11:30 - Introduction by Home by Milestone & Site Tour
11:30-12:15 - CPD presentation from the Passivhaus Trust - Tabitha Binding
12:15 - 13:15 Open Networking, Light Buffet Lunch & Refreshments/Close
Dress Code - Whatever you are comfortable in.
Parking – Free onsite parking. On arrival at Masson Mills enter the car park, and park on the covered middle level. You do not need to make a parking payment as you can register your car at reception. Once parked access into the main Mill building via the foyer on the Derby Road. At reception, please enter your vehicle registration to register for free parking and complete the attendee form.
Nearest Train Station – The site is less than one mile away from both Matlock Bath and Cromford train stations
