A wonderful and active session for children led by Author Charlotte Marsh, following Susie Sloth’s adventure, full of wriggles & giggles!

A very exciting event for children aged 3-8yrs, come and enjoy an active story-time, with playful Pilates and better breathing techniques with Susie Sloth and author Charlotte Marsh.

An active session, with movement and play, plus a lovely craft to take home afterwards and signed books available on the day

Joseph Pilates wanted everybody to practice Pilates and especially children as he recommended setting up good habits early in life.

As a certified Buteyko Breath coach, we will learn about our breathing body and breathing exercises for key moments in a child's day. Susie Sloth teaches breath control tips to ease anxiety, find calm, recover from stressful moments and build self-regulation skills in childhood.
