Whether you’ve just got engaged over Christmas or New Year, have your venue booked and are ready to find your suppliers, or are nearing the finishing touches of your big day, our Deer Barn Wedding Fair is the perfect place to discover what’s out there.

Join us for a relaxed day of wedding inspiration, where you can meet local wedding suppliers, see their work, ask questions and tick a few things off your wedding to-do list.

From photographers and florists to cake makers, DJs, wedding dresses, venue styling, entertainment and those all-important finishing touches, you'll have the chance to meet the people behind the businesses, see their work and discover what could be right for your wedding.

No matter where you are in your wedding planning, you're welcome to come along. You don't need to have everything figured out, and there's no pressure to book anything on the day. Come along, have a browse, ask questions and see what's out there.

A wedding fair is a great way to get started, see lots of different wedding ideas in one place and meet suppliers face-to-face. You can take your time, gather inspiration and start working out what you want your day to look like.

And if you've been planning for months already, there's plenty for you too — whether you're looking for those last few suppliers, comparing options or simply after some fresh inspiration.

The Deer Barn Wedding Fair is also a great opportunity to experience this beautiful venue for yourself and find out more about what it could offer for your wedding day.

When should I arrive?

When booking your free ticket, you'll be asked to choose between:

Morning Entry — from 11am

Afternoon Entry — from 1pm

This simply helps us manage expected attendance. You're welcome to arrive at any time between 11am and 3pm, regardless of the ticket type you choose.

Our fairs are usually busiest between 11am and 12pm, so if you'd prefer a quieter, more relaxed visit, we'd recommend arriving after 1pm.

Parking

Free parking is available at The Deer Barn.

The Deer Barn is located inside the National Forest Adventure Farm - please park in the main car park and follow signs for the event. Parking is free! While the car park is spacious, we encourage car sharing to help ensure ample parking for everyone on the day.
