Empowerment: 11am – 1pm

Teaching: 3pm – 4.30pm

Buddha Avalokiteshvara is the embodiment of the compassion of all enlightened beings. He is sometimes called Protector of the World.

An empowerment is a special guided tantric meditation that harnesses wisdom, imagination and the power of enlightened beings to take us to pure experiences. It bestows the special blessings of Buddha Avalokiteshvara's enlightened mind.

By receiving this blessing empowerment we awaken our natural seeds of compassion so we can make quick progress in developing our own pure compassionate heart.

When our mind experiences comparison, it is protected and we experience deep and pure happiness.

Everyone is welcome. No special clothes are required and seating is provided in chairs and meditation cushions. Located just 10min walk from Foyle Street Bus Station and 3min walk from Bishop Street Car Park, within the beautiful Garden of Reflection.
