Perched on the clifftop, the Mussenden Temple was also part of the Downhill Demesne and is now a famous landmark.

Guided tour starting at 12:00 from Bishop's Gate — the journey will take you through Earl Bishop Hervey's gardens and his ‘castle’, with exclusive access to the clifftop Mussenden Temple, where you will hear all about its history.

Downhill House through the ages tells the story of a once-stunning residence that now lies in ruin, yet still retains the glamour of Georgian times.
