📍 Meeting outside St Columb's Park House, Derry City, Londonderry
Join us for ECO//FLOW—Somatics and Strength. A dynamic natural movement practice designed to build strength, mobility, and bone resilience while reconnecting body and mind to nature’s rhythms.
Led by Gail Mahon (bioArtist-Researcher), these sessions explore movement as a creative, whole-body experience, integrating elements of:
Ecosomatic Arts – attuning health & movement to natural environments
Strength & Mobility – training for adaptability & longevity
Play & Flow – unlocking creative movement potential
This is open to ALL Wild Seekers & family from 13 years (adults must supervise young teens) looking to move beyond the gym, cultivate bone health, and develop a deep, intuitive connection to movement. Learn skills and develop strength in motion.
- No experience needed – just curiosity!
- Wear comfortable WEATHER APPROPRIATE clothes & bring a backpack, a flask/snacks with layers for outdoor walking, be ready to move outdoors during the session.
