Navigating Social Value: Understanding the Policy

The Construction Employers Federation (CEF), in partnership with the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and proudly sponsored by NHBC, invites you to an insightful industry event exploring the growing importance of social value across Northern Ireland's construction sector.

Part of the Construction Close-Up series of regional events, this session will provide practical guidance on Northern Ireland's Social Value Policy and what it means for construction businesses. Attendees will gain a clearer understanding of how social value is being embedded into public procurement, how organisations can demonstrate meaningful community impact, and the opportunities it presents for businesses of all sizes.

Alongside expert-led presentations and practical insights, the event will offer valuable networking opportunities, enabling delegates to connect with industry peers, share best practice, and discuss how collaboration can help deliver lasting social, economic and environmental benefits for communities across Northern Ireland.
