Create your own name or initial in Celtic style in this relaxing 2-hour art workshop inspired by the Book of Kells.

Create your own name in Celtic style in this relaxing 2-hour art workshop inspired by the Book of Kells.

You’ll draw the first letter of your name as an illuminated initial, write the remaining letters in traditional Irish script (Cló Gaelach), and colour your design using watercolour pencils.

After practising on a draft sheet, you’ll complete your artwork on high-quality watercolour paper, and you have the option to get it mounted and/or framed by me on the day.

No experience needed. All materials are provided.

€45 per person (excl. mount and frame)

What You Will Do

Choose the first letter of your name.

Practise drawing it on a draft sheet while following one of my original designs.

Transfer your final drawing onto quality watercolour paper.

Write the rest of your first name in Cló Gaelach.
