An Autumn Grounding & Reflection Workshop. As the season changes, we're invited to slow down, return to ourselves and reconnect...
Sunday, 27 September 2026 · 2:00–4:30 PM · Dublin 6
As summer fades into autumn, nature reminds us of something we often forget:
We don't have to hold on to everything.
This intimate 2.5-hour workshop is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself and the Earth, release what no longer serves you, and create space for what you want to grow.
Through a blend of grounding Vinyasa yoga, meditation, journaling, visualisation and connection with nature, we'll explore the themes of roots, release, support and renewal.
We'll also step outside into the private park for a mindful Earth connection, with an optional barefoot walk on the grass — a chance to pause, feel the ground beneath you and reconnect with something simple and grounding.
🍂 What are you ready to let go of?
🌱 What do you want to make space for?
🌿 What do you want to root into this autumn?
No previous experience with yoga, meditation or chakras is needed. All levels are welcome.
A small, intimate space
The workshop is intentionally kept small, creating a more personal and relaxed environment where you can truly slow down, reflect and connect.
Places are limited.
