A panel with recruiters, career specialists and leaders on how AI is changing hiring, and the human skills that still make the difference

Networking with marketers at every stage, from students to team leaders

A celebration of our community’s wins this year

Who it’s for

All marketing professionals and students in Ireland are welcome, whether you’re applying for your first role, ready for your next step or already leading a team.

About Share Your Wins

Share Your Wins is the Marketing in Ireland community’s annual evening to celebrate the achievements of our members. Maybe you landed your first marketing role this year, finished your degree while working or finally got your permit. Big or small, every win counts here, and we want to hear yours.

But the road to those wins is rarely simple. You tailor your CV, click apply and hear nothing back. With AI now part of how companies screen and shortlist, the question feels bigger than ever: who is actually deciding?

Our speakers will share what happens after you click apply, where AI helps and where a person takes over, and what gets people to their next career step. No slides, no sales pitch. Just honest answers and a room full of people who understand the journey.

What we will talk about

What is hype and what is real about AI in hiring and in marketing teams

If you are applying: what happens after you click apply, and where people still make the call

If you are ready for your next step: what gets someone promoted, or hired into a more senior role, right now

What our speakers see as the real differentiator today, from first role to leadership

Bring your win, bring your questions, and come celebrate with us.
