ESOD26 will bring together business leaders, employee ownership advocates, share plan professionals and expert advisers to exchange knowledge, insights and experience.

Our theme for this year's conference, Weathering Change: People, Performance and Participation, will explore how businesses and their employees can respond to economic uncertainty, changing expectations and an evolving workplace – and the role of share plans as conditions shift.
