FASCIA UNLEASHED ✨

Release. Reconnect. Rediscover.

Step out of your head and reconnect with your body.

Join Clare for a one-day workshop exploring the fascinating world of fascia—the connective tissue that supports and connects structures throughout your body.

Through guided learning, mindful touch and hands-on partner practice, you’ll explore practical fascia release techniques and develop a deeper awareness of your body.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• Fascia insights — discover fascia’s role in the body.

• Energy bodywork — explore mindful touch and hands-on release techniques.

• Practical experience — practise with fellow participants under Clare’s guidance.

• Community connection — learn, share and connect in a welcoming space.

WHAT TO BRING

• Wear comfortable clothing.

• Bring a pillow and a blanket.

• If possible, bring a massage table—we need one table for every two participants.
