Join the PDA Ireland Early Career Professionals (ECP) Committee at Takeda, Baggot Street, Dublin, for an afternoon focused on career development, innovation and preparing for the future of pharma.

We’re delighted to welcome an exciting line-up of speakers from across industry and academia, including Aisling Carroll-Gilligan, Dr Bernard Naughton and Ann O’Connor, who will share their experiences, insights and perspectives on building a successful career in an industry that is rapidly evolving.

Throughout the afternoon, we’ll explore career journeys, the growing role of AI in the pharmaceutical industry, the skills that will be increasingly important for the future, and how Early Career Professionals can position themselves for the opportunities ahead.

The event will also feature an interactive career development session, giving attendees the opportunity to reflect on their own career development and learn directly from experienced professionals.

We’ll finish the afternoon with dedicated networking time, giving you the chance to meet fellow ECPs, speakers and industry professionals in a relaxed setting. Food and drinks will be provided, so stay, grab something to eat and drink, and make some new connections!
