Andalusia has long been associated with the fortified wines of Jerez (Sherry) - a major tradition in southern Spain - but there is so much more to discover from very old styles before fortification and solera took over in the XX century to modern styles and techniques.

During our tasting, guided by a qualified WSET-3 presenter, you will sample a range of wines representing various regions of Andalusia. All wines I carefully selected after meeting producers during my Andalusia travels in 2025-2026.

Bodega Meridiano Perdido. Joaquin Gómez Beser launched the project after years of winemaking experience, bringing a focus on unfortified Vinos de Pasto and traditional viticulture.

Bodega Los Insensatos. A modern, rule-breaking twist on traditional Spanish winemaking. Located in the heart of the Sierra de Montilla.

Pepe Blanco is a highly respected viticultor from Sanlucar de Bernarmeda. For decades, Pepe Blanco and his brother Francisco ran the renowned Viña Callejuela winery. Following the unexpected closure of the Callejuela project in 2023, Pepe Blanco launched a brand new personal venture under his own name: Pepe Blanco Viticultor.

In the heart of Dublin, a small and cozy venue will reveal Andalusia's hidden gems.

And as always at Halloween Tasting we'll be pairind our wines with some seasonal treats made from pumpkin, pumpkin seeds oil and other Autumn foods.
