A full day workshop will take place on 17 October 2026 at the Chocolate Factory in Dublin with Una Burke. Participants will create their own Envelope Clutch Bag or Bracelet and Purse for a price of £210.13.
A Full Day Workshop to create your own Envelope Clutch Bag or Bracelet & Purse
Our Leather Handbag/Bracelet/Purse Workshop will be held on the top floor of the Chocolate Factory in Dublin. Suitable for beginners, you will learn all about the different types of leather and leather production. You will then be shown the different traditional leatherworking handtools and use these to make yourself either an Envelope Clutch or a Bracelet & Coin Purse (which can also be used for business cards or bank cards). And if there is time at the end we can make some earrings from the scraps.
10am - 12.45pm, Lunch, 2pm - 4.30pm.
You can create your items in whatever colour leather and hardware you wish and can embellish all items in your own unique way.
Location: The Chocolate Factory, 26 King's Inns St, Rotunda, Dublin 1, D01 P2W7.
