Tipperary-born singer-songwriter Mary Nugent, formerly of the alt-folk band The Cedartowns, brings her rich songwriting to the stage alongside sister Michele's signature blood harmonies. Backed by guitarist Seamus Hayes and bassist Andrew Kennedy, the band performs a mix of new material and back-catalogue favourites. Mary and her band have graced venues across Ireland, including Ballykeeffe Amphitheatre, Cleere's Theatre in Kilkenny, and The Sugar Club, Dublin, as well as festivals such as Cashel Arts Festival, Clonmel Junction Arts Festival, and When Next We Meet. Mary has also supported artists including Luka Bloom, Freddie White, Maria Doyle-Kennedy, Ron Sexsmith, Jack L, Anuna, and Ultan Conlon.
