His work ranges from the surreal science fiction of the short story collection Bádh B’fhéidir to his page-turning thriller Sí. Anna Heussaff is acclaimed for her fast-paced contemporary fiction. Sa Pholl Báite, her fourth crime novel, was shortlisted for An Post’s Irish Language Fiction Book of the Year in 2023. Fear an tí is Cathal Póirtéir.
