About This Event

The Pottery Painting Experience at Dublin Pottery Painting offers weekday afternoon workshops starting on 25 August 2026. Participants will paint ceramic pieces in the city centre with no prior experience required, as all tools are provided. Attendees can purchase their finished item upon arrival for £5.00.

At The Dublin Pottery Painting Studio, all our painting sessions are created to be relaxing, fun and social.

Join us for a pottery painting session in our brand new studio in Queen Street in Smithfield in Dublin City Centre. We have a selection of various different items you can paint. We will then fire your piece which takes around 4 weeks (this time varies)!

THE PRICE IS FOR THE RESERVATION AND DOES NOT COVER YOUR PIECE FOR PAINTING!

Overview:

Our events are for absolute beginners with no experience or knowledge necessary this is for fun and 'craic'!

What is Included:

2-hour pottery painting time slot

12 different colours to use for your painting.

Stencils and tools

An artist around to help with your designs

You can bring your own non-alcoholic drinks and snacks

This isn't an art class this is for fun and to be creative.

Once painted, leave your piece with us. We’ll glaze and fire it in our kiln.

Your items will be ready for collection in around 2-6 weeks

Important Notes:

Each customer must have a ticket and paint a piece!

You have 30 days to book a collection date and time. If no attempt to collect your piece is made in those 30 days then the piece will be donated to charity.

No refunds

Tickets can be transferred to a different timeslot

QR code forms must be filled out for each piece at the end of the session to ensure you can be notified when your piece is ready!

Pieces that are painted together may not be fired together.

No alcohol is permitted before 5pm, but, you can bring your own tea or coffee. Food is permitted on weekdays but at busy times no food is allowed.

Your Eventbrite ticket acts as a deposit and is taken from the full price which you purchase before you start.

One item per person, we do not allow items to be shared.

Seating is mixed and we do not offer private tables, we do our best to accommodate people to sit together.

Under 18s are allowed before 5pm. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Check out our children’s mornings.
