Power of Dreams will return to Dublin Opium, on Fri 6th of November,

This marks the band’s first Irish performance with the original lineup since 2010 — a long-awaited reunion for one of Ireland’s most influential alternative acts.

Their 1990 debut album, Immigrants, Emigrants and Me, was a critical triumph upon release and continues to be celebrated as one of the great Irish debut records. It launched Power of Dreams onto the international stage, earning acclaim for its youthful honesty, melodic intensity, and lyrical heart.

The band’s most recent album, Ausländer (2021), reaffirmed their signature sound for a new generation, and its vinyl release earlier this year has sparked renewed appreciation among longtime fans and collectors alike.

“Returning to Dublin feels long-overdue ” says drummer Keith Walker. Fans can expect a career-spanning set, featuring songs from Immigrants, Emigrants and Me alongside deeper cuts and fan favourites.
