Join us for a unique afternoon concert marking the UN International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women with the incredible Rebecca Storm and The Sea of Change Choir with speeches from special guests such as from the UN, Safe Ireland and Oppotunities for Women. Let's come together in person to raise awareness and stand strong against violence toward women. It's a powerful day to show support, share stories, and commit to change. Your presence matters—let's unite for a safer, kinder world! Featuring Ireland’s first lady of musical theatre Rebbeca Storm, well known for her incredible ongoing musical theatre career with leading roles in hits like Blood Brothers and Les Misérables at the West End, in Ireland and around the world. The renowned pop and musical theatre star she is “honoured” to be performing at the concert commemorating such a momentous day. The 55-member Sea of Change choir of women impacted by cancer said they are also very excited to be taking part at this unique event. They have performed at Electric Picnic and many sold out shows since their appearances on Ireland’s Got Talent in 2019 and on Britain's Got Talent. We will also feature some short speeches by guests from organisations like the UN and Safe Ireland. This special afternoon show also kickstarts the 16-day campaign against gender-based violence calling for unity to protect women and girls.
