Experience Dún Laoghaire in a different way with SLEEPERTOWN, a mobile public-art programme that turns streets and public spaces into an immersive listening trail.

Using the free ECHOES app, visitors can discover 13 site-specific sound works by Irish and international artists, composers, activists, poets and musicians. The geolocated pieces respond to Dún Laoghaire’s coastline, architecture, history and cultural identity, allowing visitors to explore the trail at their own pace.

SLEEPERTOWN runs across Dún Laoghaire until Monday 30 November 2026.

The self-guided public-art trail can be explored independently using the free app. Separate guided listening walks and public events may have their own arrangements.
