A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu London, Blanca has worked in renowned kitchens across Spain and the UK and is the author of Soup, published by Blasta Books. Throughout the evening, she will share fascinating stories and insights into Spanish food, wine and culinary heritage, bringing the culture and traditions behind each glass and dish to life.
