What to expect
This is a highly interactive workshop, drawing on video, two comprehensive workbooks, resource materials, and shared experience of managing dysfunctional behaviours in the workplace. Expect role plays, guided reflection, and group discussion throughout the day.

A practical communication tool for resolving workplace conflict
Greater self-awareness of personal triggers and responses, and how to manage them
The confidence and skills to intervene early and decisively when conflict arises
A certificate accredited by the Mediation Training Institute of Eckerd College, Florida — recognised as part of the syllabus for training Workplace Mediators
