A screening of Once, followed by highlights of his 2013 Iveagh Gardens gig (directed by Myles O'Reilly.)

Join us as we celebrate Glen Hansard, one of Ireland's foremost singer-songwriters, with a screening of the acclaimed film Once, followed by a special concert film.

Directed by John Carney, Once was released in 2007 and stars Glen Hansard and Markéta Irglová. The film earned them the Academy Award for Best Original Song for 'Falling Slowly.'

Immediately after the film, we'll screen Myles O'Reilly's beautiful 20-minute concert film, featuring Glen Hansard and his full band performing Love Don't Leave Me Waiting, This Gift and The Auld Triangle in Dublin's Iveagh Gardens on 21 July 2013.

Admission is €5.00 (+ Eventbrite fee), with all proceeds from ticket sales going to The Dublin Simon Community.
