About This Event

Photography Workshop with Dr Kathrine Cuccuru, ‘a philosopher…walks…talks…makes’, in association with Kathrine’s  Good Morning from the Tay Exhibition showing in the Green Gallery, University of Dundee Botanic Gardens, Dundee.During the 1 hour workshop, Kathrine will share their approach to photography as part of their philosophical walking practice. Like Kathrine’s photos in the exhibition, you will learn how to take your own point and shoot pictures using the camera on your phone or other similar device. We shall explore paying attention, capturing mood, and exploiting limited functionality to produce effective shots.The gardens are mostly flat with paved walkways, accessible by mobility scooters, etc, we shall be walking from the entrance to the Green Gallery, and around the gardens at an easy pace, with opportunities for resting and sitting. Workshop Tickets are free with Botanic Garden Entry Fee, to be paid separately either on entry to the gardens or online in advance. Please see...
