Enjoy a relaxed and fun Paint & Sip evening at Broughty Ferry Castle Bowling Club - No painting experience required.

Whether you are a complete beginner or someone who enjoys being creative, this evening is all about slowing down, having fun, and letting your creativity flow.

With a drink in hand and a canvas in front of you, you’ll be gently guided step by step to create a gorgeous painting in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. No experience is needed, just a willingness to try something new.

This is the perfect way to spend time with friends, meet new people, or simply take a little time for yourself.

What’s included

All painting materials provided (canvas, paints, brushes, aprons, etc)

Step-by-step guidance throughout the evening

A relaxed, social atmosphere

Your finished artwork to take home

Free tea and coffee provided

Complimentary glass of Prosecco on arrival

The bowling club bar is open all evening

What to wear

We are working with acrylic paint. This type of paint washes or rubs off easily on non-porous surfaces, but it can stick to and stain clothes. Aprons are provided; however, paint tends to travel up fingers and arms, so we recommend you don't wear your very best clothes, just in case, as we would hate for you to get paint on them.

What to bring

Some people like to bring snacks for the evening to nibble on while they paint, sip, chat, and relax.

Perfect for

Friends looking for a fun evening out

Creative beginners

Date nights

Anyone wanting a mindful, relaxed activity

This month's image:

This month's image is the stormy Lighthouse Rock. We'll all paint it together, guided step by step by Heather. No one gets left behind; the process is easy to follow, and Heather demonstrates it in real time on a big viewing screen as we paint along.

About your host - Heather

Heather is an artist in her spare time and runs the Ogilvie Business School in her "work" time. She has hosted Paint 'n' Sip parties for years and displays her own artwork in local exhibitions; you can also view her work online at www.arthappy.com.
