The Sovereign Breath

Reclaim Your Voice

A beautiful hybrid 9D Breathwork journey for anyone who is tired of shrinking, pleasing, hiding, or holding themselves back.

⭐ 5.0 Google · 1,000+ breathers · No experience needed · Fully guided

This is our first hybrid Signature Journey.

It is gentler in structure, but no less powerful. It spends more time in down-regulation, imagery, subconscious work and self-trust, with a shorter active breathing section later in the journey.

This journey is suitable for both first-time breathers and those who have joined us before.

WHAT THIS JOURNEY WORKS WITH

The part of you that hides what you really think.

The part that keeps the peace.

The part that worries about being judged, rejected, too much, not enough, or misunderstood.

The part that learned to wear a mask so you could be accepted, liked, safe, or successful.

The Sovereign Breath is a journey back to your authentic self.

It works with self-trust, voice, confidence, visibility, boundaries and the courage to be seen as who you really are.

ABOUT THIS JOURNEY

This 9D Breathwork journey begins gently. You'll be guided into the body through calm breathing, a body scan and powerful visualisation.

The journey uses beautiful imagery, including an ancient tree, a doorway, a staircase into the subconscious mind, and a sacred inner room where you reconnect with the part of you that knows who you really are.

From there, the journey explores the moments where you may have learned to hide, change yourself, stay quiet, or fit in.

Later in the journey, the breathwork becomes more active for a shorter section, helping you move fear, doubt, hesitation and the old pressure to hold yourself back.

The journey then moves into a softer integration phase around self-trust, self-acceptance and welcoming all parts of yourself home.
