Join us for our rejuvenating yoga sessions - Thursday evenings at Muirhead and Birkhill Bowling Club.

Whether you're a beginner, an experienced yogi, runner, gym-goer or starting your fitness or yoga journey, these in-person sessions offer something for you*.

Be guided through various yoga poses and sequences, while connecting breath to movement.

These Sessions are designed to help improve flexibility, build strength, and enhance your overall well-being. Grab your mat and join us for an hour of yoga flow, mindful movement and relaxation (at least for the last 5 mins!).

Investment -

Block of four classes - £36 (cash, at first class).

Block of two or more booked in advance - discount if paid in advance

Drop-in / single sessions - £10

Spaces are limited and on a first come/first paid basis.

Class starts at 6 pm sharp, please arrive 5-10 mins in advance to set up.
