This funded session will explore personal resilience, wellbeing and mental health in the workplace. The Get Britain Working Economic Inactivity Trailblazer is a government-funded programme designed to help people who are currently out of work, particularly those facing health, skills, confidence, or other barriers to employment. It is funded through the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and delivered by York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority.
