Throughout this walk with the Being Human team, we'll explore the natural and cultural heritage of Durham through creative methods like zines, photographs, and sound recording. As we walk from Crook Hall Gardens to Finchale Priory, and get to know the DCGC, we will write haikus, record soundscapes, and take photographs about what these spaces mean to us. We will have some refreshments after the walk.

The walk from Crook Hall to Finchale takes around 2 hours, we will return to Crook Hall by coach.

On Sunday 15 November, we’ll put together the pictures and poems from our walk into a collective zine at a “Green Zine Day” in Middlesborough Institute of Modern Art, we’d love for you to come for that too!
