Meeting at Eden Place picnic area, we head in to Beamish Woods and walk tree lined trails and along Urpeth Burn.

WHAT TO EXPECT

We meet in the Eden Place Picnic Area car park (see What3Words location below) to walk and talk together for around 3 miles. The first half follows leafy, tree lined trails before we join the banks of Urpeth Burn which brings us back round to the start/finish.

This month's event is hosted by Ben. An experienced walking guide and training counsellor.

Good company, good conversation and a safe, confidential space. We walk and talk as a group. Nobody gets left behind.

There are only two rules:

1. We stick together.

2. No judgement.

It’s about the group. There are no prizes for being first back to the car and everyone has equal space and respect.
