A pure test of grit & determination. Leave your comfort zone, perform under pressure & keep going when everything in you says stop.

THE DATE IS SET.

The environment has changed.

The conditions are out of your control.

Your response isn’t.

ASSAULT™ is a physical determination event designed to find out what happens when comfort disappears, fatigue sets in & the easiest option is to stop.

Delivered by former & serving Royal Marines Commandos, alongside experienced combat instructors, ASSAULT™ draws on real-world experience of operating under pressure, maintaining standards & continuing to perform when conditions become almost impossible.

This is not about completing one hard workout.

It is about whether you can continue.

Continue moving.

Continue thinking.

Continue contributing.

Continue executing.

Even when your body is telling you to slow down.

Even when your head is giving you reasons to stop.

Even when you don’t know exactly what is coming next.

This edition of ASSAULT™ will combine sustained physical effort, changing terrain, team-based demands & escape-and-evasion-inspired elements to create a test where grit & determination matter just as much as fitness.

You will NOT be given the full format beforehand.

That is deliberate.

Because ASSAULT™ is not designed around certainty.

It is designed to take you outside what is familiar, apply pressure & see what remains when comfort is removed.

STRENGTH | ENDURANCE | RESILIENCE | LEADERSHIP

This is where you find out whether you can push beyond the point where you would normally stop.

PROVE YOU’RE CAPABLE OF MORE.
