Before summer disappears, let’s make the most of it. Join me for a feel-good afternoon of barre, beach and all the summer vibes — the perfect way to finish your summer on a high.

Join us at Natural Fitness & Therapies Centre, Eastbourne, for a 50-minute barre class before we head down to the beach to relax, connect and soak up the sun and sea air together.

This isn't your traditional barre class. This is a unique barre-less flow, combining the best of ballet, Pilates and functional strength training. Expect seamless transitions, challenging endurance work and that signature barre burn ...all while maintaining precision, control and mindfulness throughout.

If you're one of my regulars, you already know... the playlist always delivers. A Grow with Zo playlist is kind of a thing. Expect summer anthems that'll have you (almost) forgetting about the barre burn.

After class, we'll wander down to the beach to sit, chat and enjoy the afternoon together. Optional to upgrade your ticket to include a glass of bubbles. The perfect chance to slow down, connect with like-minded people and make the most of those final summer moments.

Whether you come solo or with a friend, Barre to Beach is all about moving your body, meeting new people and setting off your bank holiday weekend!
