This fall, we’re bringing all the cozy, nostalgic fun of autumn to adulthood with a Girlys twist. From apple picking and cider tasting to pumpkin painting, spooky adventures, fall drinks, Friendsgiving, and backyard camping, Harvest Hangouts is a seasonal adventure series designed to help women build community, try new experiences, and make lasting memories together.

Throughout the season, the Girlys will have the opportunity to enjoy a variety of fall activities, cozy gatherings, and little adventures that celebrate friendship, connection, and everything we love about the autumn season. 🎃🍂

Whether you join us for one hangout or several, Harvest Hangouts is all about friendship, sisterhood, laughter, cozy memories, and embracing the magic of the season. ✨

FAQ & Friendly House Rules

We’re so excited to have you join us for this series! Our goal is to create a fun, welcoming, and safe space where everyone can connect, make friends, and enjoy some really cute experiences together. 💗

A few quick guidelines will help us keep the experience comfortable and enjoyable for everyone.

🎀 Can I bring a friend?

Unless otherwise specified, events are for registered participants only. We want to keep the group intimate and make sure everyone attending is part of the experience from start to finish.

🔐 Can I share event details or locations?

Please do not share event details, addresses, or locations with anyone outside of the registered group.

This is a safety precaution and helps us protect the privacy and comfort of everyone participating. We appreciate you keeping the details within our little Girlys circle! 🫶🏽

🌙 Who can attend the final event & overnight experience?

To attend the final event and overnight experience, we kindly ask that you have attended at least 50% of the events in the series.

This isn't meant to be exclusive or punitive. We genuinely want the final experience to feel comfortable and connected for everyone. Throughout the series, we'll have the opportunity to get to know one another, build friendships, and create a sense of community. Joining for the first time at the overnight can understandably feel a little awkward or uncomfortable for both you and the group.

Think of the series as getting to know your Girlys before the big sleepover! 💕✨

What if I can't make all of the events? Do I still get my Girlys bag and patches?

Absolutely! Your bag and patches are yours regardless of how many events you are able to attend.

After the final event, you will have one week from the last event date to coordinate pickup with Ashley or arrange shipping at your own expense.

If we do not hear from you by the 8th day after the final event, your bag and patches will be considered forfeited and become property of Girlys of RVA.

We want to make sure everyone gets their goodies, so please don't forget to reach out! 🎀

💸 What does the activity fee cover?

The activity fee helps cover the various expenses that may come up while planning and hosting the series. Depending on the event, this may include things like:

• 🍴 Food and refreshments

• 🎨 Activities, supplies, and equipment

• 🎁 Goody bags and other fun surprises

• 🏠 Event-related expenses

• 💼 Business taxes and processing fees

• ✨ Other costs necessary to make the events happen

Because each event may have different needs, the fee isn't tied to one specific item or activity. It helps us put together the overall Girlys experience while covering the behind-the-scenes costs that come with hosting the series.
