We’ll share some insights into the science behind why spending time in forests is good for wellbeing, including the health benefits of simply breathing in woodland air.
The heart of the session is about giving yourself the space to connect with nature, allowing plenty of time to open up to the forest and all it's wonder. By stepping away from the hustle and bustle of daily life and really noticing the sights, sounds and scents, you may find yourself seeing the forest with fresh eyes—perhaps briging a heightend sense of curiosity, wonder and maybe even magic!
We’d love for you to join us and experience how time in nature can bring a greater sense of balance. Each session is an opportunity to slow down, feel more grounded, and nourish both mind and body.
