Open Sessions Live is Eastbourne's weekly Open Mic & Jam — every Thursday at Turkuaz Wine House & Bar, 8 Bolton Road, a warm, intimate wine bar where the room actually listens.

Each night opens with up to 8 booked 15–20 minute sets — folk, singer-songwriters, jazz, blues, soul, pop — solo acts, duos and small bands, originals and covers alike. When the booked sets wrap, the night opens into a jam around the tables that anyone with an instrument can join. The bar piano is open all night.

Music from 7:30pm, wraps around 10:30pm. Free entry (over-18s — Turkuaz is a licensed bar). Tables fill quickly — booking recommended at turkuazwinehouse.com.

Musicians: walk in with your instrument, or book a guaranteed slot at opensessions.live/apply. Everyone who plays gets their first drink on the house, photos of their set and a profile at opensessions.live/performers. Live instruments please — a track under your own guitar or keys is fine, but vocal-only sets over a full backing track aren't really an open mic thing.
