Arranged around 6 walking routes, 70 artists participate in the festival taking place across 53 locations. Interwoven across the festival’s title of Shift and Flow, artists explore ideas of transiency, flux and fluidity; from intertidal environments, to personal responses to nature’s ebb and flow. Our two awarded artists Minnie Scott and Sally Price showcase new work launched at the festival. Cressida Trail is a community project that takes a look back to the original Cressida tidal octopus first created by artist Lauren Fox in 2015, inviting anyone to display octopus inspired artworks across Porty.
