Synopsis

Two years after the tragic sinking of a fishing boat that shook a small Galician coastal village, the locals decide it’s time to regain hope and leave mourning behind. They revive the “rondalla”, a traditional musical ensemble in which children and elders play together, intending to compete in a contest against neighbouring towns. Beyond the competition, their aim is to move forward and rebuild their community.

Dos años después del trágico naufragio de un barco pesquero que sacudió a un pequeño pueblo marinero gallego, sus habitantes deciden que ya es hora de recuperar la ilusión y dejar atrás el luto. Para ello reactivan la rondalla, un grupo de música tradicional en el que participan desde niños hasta ancianos, con la intención de competir en un concurso contra los pueblos vecinos. Más allá del certamen, lo que buscan es empezar a mirar hacia delante y reconstruir la comunidad.
