Join a 5-week belly dance block starting Monday 28 September, or come along on a drop-in basis! Discover belly dance in a fun, supportive space. Classes are open to all levels, so no experience is needed. Each movement is broken down step by step, so you can build up at your own pace before bringing it all together to music. Belly dance is a joyful way to move your body. It helps build core strength, flexibility and posture, and it's a great way to relax and have fun. What to bring: Comfortable clothes you can move in, a bottle of water, and a scarf to tie around your hips.
