Birth Prep Sessions with Leith Doula Collective.
Join us on the last Tuesday of each month (excl. December) at The Wee Hub inside Ocean Terminal.
We’ll cover what your body is doing during birth and how to work with it, pain relief, comfort measures, birth partner support, induction and interventions, cesarean birth, due dates, making informed decisions and your rights in birth.
Suggested donation - £5-10 to cover room hire and refreshments
